AG Composites Expands Line to Include Fiberglass Rifle Stocks

OWENS CROSS ROADS, Ala. (Jan. 17, 2024) —AG Composites, renowned for its high-quality design and production of carbon rifle stocks, is now offering fiberglass rifle stocks for those wanting top-of-the-line, custom stocks at a price that provides tremendous value.

While a bit heavier than the traditional AG Composites carbon fiber stocks, fiberglass stocks will allow shooters to experience the world-class design and manufacturing processes AG Composites uses at a much lower price point. By using quality fiberglass material, AG Composites will offer a robust, dimensionally stable platform for anyone looking to build a new custom rifle or replace their existing stock. The new fiberglass lineup will feature precise inletting and the quality finish you have come to expect from AG Composites.

“There are a lot of hunters and shooting enthusiasts out there that want an AG custom stock but aren’t ready to jump into the high-end, premium line that we offer with the carbon stocks,” said Matt Tandy, AG Composites owner. “It was our goal to design and build fiberglass stocks using the same cutting-edge technology and following the same quality control processes we give our premium lines at a lower price point.  Customers can order any of our current stock models, like the Alpine Hunter, for example.  They order it as a fiberglass stock, choose the inlet, barrel, and finish, and we take it from there.”

AG Composites’ new fiberglass stocks are an excellent option for hunters and shooting enthusiasts who want to upgrade their rifles without breaking the bank. The fiberglass stocks will have a starting price of $399.  In addition, AG Composites will offer bundle pricing if a customer wants to add an AG Composites’ BDL or M5 DBM bottom metal.  “Our bottom metal is a great addition to our stocks.  We use the latest 5-axis CNC machine to make all our bottom metals and other AG accessories.  Just like our stocks, all our accessories are premium products,” said Tandy.

Like all AG Composite rifle stocks, the new fiberglass stocks will feature precise inletting, premium finish, and quality components and are 100 percent U.S.-made by military veterans.
