Graham’s role will be effective immediately, and he will report directly to owner and CEO Jason Colosky.
In his new position, Graham will play a crucial role in driving the execution of WATCHTOWER Firearms’ strategic roadmap. He will contribute to the company’s operational rigor, corporate development, financial performance, and capital structuring. With his extensive experience and proven track record, Graham is expected to bring valuable insights and leadership to the team.

Before joining WATCHTOWER Firearms, Graham held the position of Director of Product Management for Beretta USA. Over the course of his career, spanning over a decade, he has also held product management positions with renowned companies such as Stanley, Black & Decker and Shark/Ninja. Graham holds a BSBA degree in Global Business/Management and an MBA in International Business from Sawyer Business School/Suffolk University.
