KINNEAR, Wyo. (July 5 , 2022) —Recreational Archery Development (RAD) LLC, makers of Bow Spider — the quickest and easiest hands-free bow retrieval system on the market – is proud to help sponsor the 2022 Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation World Elk Calling Championships July 22-23, to be held in conjunction with the RMEF Mountain Festival at Canyons Village in Park City, UT. As part of their sponsorship, the company is donating 24 Limited Edition Bow Spiders, to be given out to the various category winners.
Over $45,000 in cash and prizes will be awarded in six divisions — Professional, Men’s, Women’s, Voice, Youth (11-17 years) and Pee Wee (10 years & under) – during the Calling Championships’ double-elimination bracketed format. The competition is open to any qualifying person, and there are no entry fees. It’s super exciting as the contestants try to out-bugle, out-bark, out-mew and out-chirp the competition to find out who’s the world best.
“We’re proud to be sponsors of this exciting competition,” said Bow Spider founder David Merrill. “The mission of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation dovetails perfectly with our company philosophy, in which we believe in giving back to our communities and conservation. To that end, Bow Spider gives one percent of its sales of our 100 percent made in America products to several recognized American conservation organizations. In addition, the company also offers a 15 percent discount to military veterans, to whom we owe everything.”
Bow Spider is the quickest and easiest hands-free bow retrieval system on the market. Here’s how it works. An aluminum arm attaches to the bow’s riser, and slides into a slot on the lightweight, injection-molded receiver, which can be worn on the included belt or attached via long bolts to other objects, including your backpack. You can choose either to mount Bow Spider temporarily or permanently to your pack. By using the provided straps it can be mounted temporarily. For a permanent or semi-permanent mount, you can use the provided bolts. The bow is held securely in place via a gravity-locking system yet slides out with minimal effort. You have to either pull it out or turn it upside down to get the bow out. It’s versatility also allows it to be mounted to tree trunks, a waist belt, binocular harness — any flat surface. The bow can be quickly and effortlessly removed with one hand when it’s time to swing back into action.
The complete Bow Spider bow packing system comes in either green, tan, or black, and has a MSRP of $89.95.
